Norman Fishman, MD

Dr. Norman Fishman received his M.D. from the Columbia University in 1974 and completed residency in 1977 at Barnes Hospital, with a specialty in Internal Medicine. He has been Board Certified in Internal Medicine since 1975 and in Endocrinology and Metabolism since 1979. He has almost 36 years experience in private practice as a specialist physician. Dr. Fishman is in a full-time medical practice, but also is a Clinical Research Investigator and co-director of the endocrinology and diabetes training program at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO.

Ralph Oiknine, MD

Dr. Ralph Oiknine graduated from University of Southern California in 1994 with a Bachelor’s degree in structural engineering and chemistry. He received his Medical Degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in 1997. He completed his fellowship in 2004 from St. Louis University and won the Pfizer Scholars in Endocrinology Award in 2003. He has been board certified in Endocrinology since 2004. He is currently a full-time physician and is also a co-director of the endocrinology and diabetes training program at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO.

Dr. Rachel Fishman Oiknine graduated with her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 1995. She received her Medical Degree from the University of Missouri, Columbia School of Medicine in 2000. She completed her fellowship in 2005 from St. Louis University. She is Board Certified in Endocrinology and Metabolism since 2003 and 2005, respectively. She is currently in specialty practice and is a Clinical Research Sub-Investigator.

Maria Weir, NP-C graduated magna cum laude from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI in 1989 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. She has over 20 years experience in cardiac nursing. In 2011, she received her Masters Degree in Nursing from Maryville University and her Post-Masters Nurse Practitioner’s certificate. Maria is a board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Natalie Bueltmann, NP-C has been in the healthcare industry for 15 years and a registered nurse for 10 years. The greater part of her career has been spent in the intensive care unit, where she joined a task force to improve patient safety and patient outcomes. In 2016, she received her Masters Degree in Nursing from Maryville University with a specialty certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Natalie is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
