Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialist, Inc. will bill your health insurer directly for the services provided, beyond copays which will be credited at the office visit. If payment is not received from your insurer within in a reasonable period of time, you will then become responsible for payment of the balance due. If we receive payment from your insurance company after you have paid your account, we will promptly refund those funds to you. NOTE: We have been experiencing an increase of patients with insurance plans in which we are the only provider in the area. Because of this, we are not able to see patients without medical coverage at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Diabetes & Endocrinology Specialists, Inc. accepts both Mastercard and Visa. Because of the high demand for our medical services, there is a charge of $45 if you do not call to cancel your visit at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. We reserve the right to terminate services for patients with a consistent history of short notice cancellations or no shows.
